A classic Auvergne shepherd's knife : 11 cm folded, 19.5 cm opened , approx. 75 grams.

Handle : 1st choice buffalo horn tip ( we do not use the cheap pressed hollow horn )
Blade : 12c27 stainless steel . There is a solid bladestop into the spring to protect the edge.
Spring : chiseled , made from stainless steel, inside polished .
Plates and bolsters : solid stainless steel.
