Large Cheese knife, displayed in a varnished wooden case.  It is not only superb in the kitchen, it is beautiful at the table.
 
Size and weight : 26 cm , 100 grams
Handle : 1st choice spotted Amourette wood from french Guyana  with traditional "sheperd's cross" inlay. Our handle thickness is 7mm, making it comfortable to use in the kitchen or at the dinner table.
Blade : made from Z40c13 stainless steel, 2.50 mm thick
Plates and bolsters : solid stainless steel
Warranty :  Our Laguiole cutlery carries a lifetime guarantee.  This is for normal use only.  It is NOT dishwasher safe.
