Large Cheese knife, displayed in a varnished wooden case.  It is not only superb in the kitchen, it is beautiful at the table.
 
Size and weight : 26 cm , 100 grams
Handle : 1st choice junniper wood from southern France , with traditional "sheperd's cross" inlay. Our handle thickness is 7mm, making it comfortable to use in the kitchen or at the dinner table.
Blade : made from Z40c13 stainless steel, 2.50 mm thick
Plates and bolsters : solid stainless steel
Warranty :  Our Laguiole cutlery carries a lifetime guarantee.  This is for normal use only.  It is NOT dishwasher safe.
