We have created a knife which mixes high tech and tradtional handcrafting methods. It features easy one hand opening and closing. Handcrafted in Thiers-France it is guaranteed by the Coute de Tie, the Guild which certifies authenticity of design.
Size & weight : 10.5 cm folded (4 1/8 inches) , 17.5cm (6 7/8 inches), approx 70 gr. (2 1/2 ounces)
Handle : 1st choice patternd walnut. The quality is garanteed as it is taken from a gun stock blank selection. The "finger grooves"are hand made and allow a comfortable fit in your hand
Blade : Swedish "Rose" stainless damascus steel 120 layers. Hardness after heat treatment : HRC 57
Liner : Swedish "Rose" stainless damascus steel 120 layers.
Mechanism : Liner-lock & blade 2.50 mm thick. Satisfying sound when opened & closed. Hardened detent ball to keep the blade shut. Blade is rotating on Teflon
Packaging : Numbered guarantee certificate. The knife is delivered in a velvet case and with a micro fiber pouch (made in France) which allows the blade to be polished all the time. This technical fiber is also used in the glass industry
