This carving set contains one long and thin blade and one large pliable spatula .  It is displayed in a varnished wooden case.  It is not only superb in the kitchen, it is beautiful at the table.
 
Both the blade and spatula are chiseled (guilloche) on the top.
Size and weight : 32 cm , 250 grams / 2 pcs
Handle : Amourette-Snakewood from French Guyana.  Our handle thickness is 7mm, making it comfortable to use in the kitchen or at the dinner table.
