This Foie gras paté set contains one long and thin blade ( use for slicing) and one large pliable spatula (use for serving ) . It is displayed in a varnished wooden case. It is not only superb in the kitchen, it is beautiful at the table.

Both the blade and spatula are chiseled (guilloche) on the top.
Size and weight : 32 cm , 250 grams / 2 pcs
Handle : Real black horn tip (buffalo). We do not use inexpensive hollow pressed "genuine" horn. Our handle thickness is 7mm, making it comfortable to use in the kitchen or at the dinner table.
Blade and Spatula : made from Z40c13 stainless steel.
Plates and bolsters : solid stainless steel
