A new movie made by Stephan about “Le 5 Coqs” knife in Bocote (Mexican Rosewood). We have used the typical old fashion French shape and design to create a modernized knife : Solid spring, easy opening system, lock back, high-end steels…A special nod toward the cockerel, our national emblematic animal visible on the back of the handle. The knife can be easily folded while pushing on the rooster crest.Danke Stephan 🙂
Our customers regularly send us testimonials, special thanks to them, and special thanks to Reed for his amazing testimonial :
“Hey, I ordered this ivory and silver knife four or five years ago. It is just perfect in every way. If possible, please tell the people or person that made it that they are amazing artists. Are your knives the best in the world? Anyway I love all of you guys. Have a great day. Sincerely, Reed Wilcox“
We offer a new material for our folding knives handles, original and beautiful material: the coral (Melithea) from the South Pacific. This material is now available for our folding knives in 2 colors: red coral and tiger coral. The portion used to make the handle of our knives is cut in the root and is a very stable material. We adapted the coral on some knives with a blade and bolsters in Damascus, with a delicate filework, the result is gorgeous … we propose to find these exceptional knives on our website: Corsican Sperone knife Red Coral, Corsican Sperone knife Tiger Coral, Corsican Rondinara knife Red Coral. So, Red Coral or Tiger Coral, the choice is yours, please contact us for more information.
We are pleased to offer a new type of wood for our folding knives: the Bocote or Mexican Rosewood.
This wood native to Mexico (Cordia Eleagnoides) comes from a tree that may exceed 30 meters but the widths of boards are generally reduced. The color of the wood varies from light brown to reddish brown. Bocote presents a challenging aspect with marked mottling.
This wood species is rare and difficult to obtain, so do not wait to order from our online sales site.
