Vous avez ou allez acquérir un couteau Fontenille Pataud réalisé à la main, par un de nos artisans couteliers, selon la plus fidèle tradition artisanale de la coutellerie française. Nous avons sélectionné rigoureusement tous les matériaux utilisés, pour votre couteau. Tous nos couteaux traditionnels ou issus des technologies les plus innovantes, sont garantis à vie pour vous accompagner, à chaque instant de votre existence.
Notre Univers
Quelle satisfaction de voir revenir un de nos couteaux à l’atelier, de nombreuses années plus tard, pour un entretien de lame. Un couteau ayant traversé le temps, transmis de père en fils. Nous changeons sa lame, lui redonnons son tranchant, vérifions et huilons son mécanisme, et le polissons légèrement, tout en conservant sa patine. Depuis plusieurs générations chez Fontenille Pataud, nos artisans couteliers réalisent et entretiennent traditionnellement à la main, comme il est de coutume sur le bassin Thiernois , des couteaux d’exception.

You have just acquired or you will acquire a Fontenille Pataud knife made by hand, by one of our craftsmen cutlers, according to the most faithful tradition of French cutlery. We have rigorously selected all the materials used for your knife. All our knives, traditional or resulting from the most innovative technologies, are guaranteed for life to accompany you, at every moment of your life. At Fontenille Pataud, we are proud to be able to say that our knives are passed down and offered from generation to generation. You have certainly just acquired the knife that will fit in the pocket of one of your grandchildren.
Our world
What a satisfaction to see one of our knives come back to the workshop, many years later, for blade maintenance. A knife that has stood the test of time, handed down from father to son. We change its blade, give it back its edge, check and oil its mechanism, and polish it lightly, while preserving its patina.
For several generations at Fontenille Pataud, our craftsmen cutlers have been making and maintaining traditionally by hand, as is customary, in our workshop in France, exceptional knives.
