Large Cheese knife, displayed in a varnished wooden case. It is not only superb in the kitchen, it is beautiful at the table.
Size and weight : 26 cm , 100 grams
Handle : 1st quality horn tip (we do not use the cheap hollow horn). Our handle thickness is 7mm, making it comfortable to use in the kitchen or at the dinner table. Traditional Shepherd's cross inlayed.
Blade : made from Z40c13 stainless steel, 2.50 mm thick
Plates and bolsters : solid stainless steel
