Technical details :Ebony Stamina Wood (dish washer friendly nethertheless we advise you to wash the knives by hand to extend the cutting edge and the nice aspect of the knives). Blade: 2.50mm Z40C13 stainless steel. Cryogenic Heat Treated. Hardened to HRC57 for superior edge retention.
